Private Chef Experiences
Our private chef offerings include two complementary services: 5-course, on-site chef dinners hosted in the newly built Nick Lake Lodge Coach House, and chef-prepared meal prep for daily dining throughout your stay. Both services are included with the Culinary All-Inclusive Package and may also be added to Adventure Package stays.
Our on-site menu dinners feature seasonally inspired, locally sourced ingredients for all age groups. Meal prep delivers restaurant-quality dishes prepared, portioned, and staged for your group the morning of arrival. Simple reheating instructions are provided, and cleanup is minimal.

5-course on-site dinners
Beginning in May 2026, guests may enjoy exclusive 5-course dinners hosted on site at the newly built Nick Lake Lodge Coach House. Located just steps from the main lodge, this four-season gathering space features a large dining area, lounge seating, a recessed hot tub, and panoramic lake views. It is an ideal setting for family dinners, celebrations, and special occasions. 5-course dinners are included with the Culinary All-Inclusive Package and may also be added to Adventure stays.Private chef meal prep
Chef-prepared meal prep is curated specifically for group stays. Fully cooked, portioned, and labeled meals are staged in the refrigerator the morning of your arrival, with simple reheating instructions provided. Meal prep is included with the Culinary All-Inclusive Package and may also be added to Adventure Package stays.With either option, guests enjoy chef-grade meals throughout their stay with minimal effort and cleanup.

UTVs & Snowmobiles
Our UTV and snowmobile offerings include premium 2026 machines delivered directly to Nick Lake Lodge for a flexible 3-day riding experience during your stay. This experience is included with the Adventure All-Inclusive Package and may also be added to Culinary Package stays.
Machines arrive fully fueled, cleaned, and inspected, with no pickup, refueling, or return required. Guests are provided with pre-mapped trail routes connected to the Tuscobia State Trail and the surrounding trail systems, with seasonal routes curated for summer riding, fall colors, winter conditions, and trail-side restaurants and local favorites.

Delivered machines
As part of the Adventure All-Inclusive Package, guests receive a 3-day UTV or snowmobile rental delivered directly to Nick Lake Lodge. Each machine arrives fully fueled, cleaned, inspected, and ready to ride, with no pickup appointments, hauling, refueling, or return coordination required.Ride options vary by season and guest preference. Warmer months offer open-air UTVs for fresh-air riding, while winter stays include the option of enclosed, heated UTVs or snowmobiles, allowing guests to enjoy the trail system comfortably in any conditions.
Pre-mapped trail routes
Nick Lake Lodge offers direct access to the loca state and county trail system. Guests are provided with pre-mapped routes curated by season, including summer riding routes, fall color loops, winter trail connections, and routes highlighting trail-side restaurants and local favorites.Enjoy full days of riding without the logistical headaches.

Guided Fishing Experiences
Our guided fishing experiences are led by a trusted local expert who brings deep knowledge of seasonal patterns, proven locations, and effective techniques to maximize success on the water. Designed for all ages and experience levels, outings vary by season, offering fully staged ice fishing in the winter and guided open-water fishing during the summer.
Guided fishing is included with the Adventure All-Inclusive Package during applicable seasons and may also be added to Culinary Package stays.

During winter stays, guests enjoy a fully staged ice fishing experience on Nick Lake. A heated, 8-person ice fishing tent is set up in advance and includes comfortable seating, pre-drilled holes, and baited fishing poles. The experience is designed to be warm, comfortable, and accessible for groups.Summer open-water fishing
In the summer, guests may select a guided open-water fishing experience led by a local professional guide. Trips are tailored to guest preferences and target fish species and may take place on Nick Lake or nearby lakes, depending on conditions. The guide’s boat accommodates up to 3 guests on the water at a time.Guided fishing experiences are not offered during the fall season.

We hold ourselves to a high standard of cleanliness and staging. If the cabin is not spotless and prepared to your satisfaction, we will refund your cleaning fee.
